World-Class Compliance and Innovation
Our purpose-built facility was designed with regulatory compliance and operational efficiency at its core. It aligns with Good Agricultural and Collection Practice (GACP) and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) principles for cultivation, and with relevant ISO, SANS and EudraLex guidance applicable to cannabis cultivation and post-harvest handling.
Spanning 600 m² of greenhouse space and nearly 1,000 m² of post-harvest and support areas, the site harnesses South Africa’s abundant sunshine through renewable-energy systems and allows for future expansion of production capacity.
Comprehensive Facilities for Cultivation and Post-Harvest Handling
- Cultivation to Bulk Material: Integrated control from germination through to harvested, dried and packaged cannabis material, in line with SAHPRA requirements for medicinal cannabis cultivation.
- Specialized Areas: GACP-aligned receiving zones, gowning and preparatory areas, and dedicated rooms for plant mothers, cloning, vegetation, flowering, drying, trimming, sampling and quarantine.
- Post-Harvest Excellence: Facilities for wet and dry trimming, frozen storage, drying, curing, sampling, bulk packaging and product labelling for traceability, supported by secure storage for finished bulk material.
Future-Ready: Expansion and Innovation
Looking ahead, we plan to expand our greenhouse capacity by approximately 2,400 m² to support increased cultivation volumes.
The facility has also been purpose-built to accommodate a dedicated extraction and decarboxylation laboratory as part of a future manufacturing phase. These extraction activities are planned for implementation from 2026 onwards and will commence once the required additional SAHPRA manufacturing licences, permits and certifications have been obtained.

With our SAHPRA licence to cultivate cannabis for the production of scheduled substances now in place, the facility is actively being prepared to deliver premium medicinal-grade cannabis material to licensed manufacturers, exporters and research partners. Extraction and further manufacturing activities will commence once the necessary additional licences have been obtained.
